Narcissistic Mind Games

The  bewildering narcissist has a way of playing mind games with us. It's their way of getting us under their power by keeping us in a constant state of confusion and reality disbursement.

I call their mind-games 'psychological abduction'. Remember this, everything the narcissist states is usually the opposite of the reality of the situation. They have a way of telling us our up is down and our down is up. They usually project their 'issue' onto you, too, blaming you for what they, themselves, are guilty of. For instance, if they say that you are bitter, it will more than likely be them that are bitter. If they tell you that you are acting like a child, you can bet your bootie that it is the narcissists that are behaving childishly.

In a sense, you will feel emotionally raped by these type of people.

You have the option of knowing what he is up to and therefore not allowing yourself to be taken in by his games. The narcissist will prey on you only as long as you let him.

Remember, it is his reality that is distorted, not yours.
